Emanuela Cascianelli practices in the area of civil law.
A native of the city of Avezzano (Province of L'Aquila), Attorney Cascianelli graduated law school in Rome from the University "La Sapienza".
Attorney Cascianelli completed her civil law degree with a thesis and dissertation entitled: «Protection of Work Done by the Cohabiting Partner» under the supervision of Prof. Cesare Massimo Bianca and co-Prof. Natalino Irti, both civil law academics.
Attorney Cascianelli completed her training and apprenticeship in Rome, predominantly at the law firm of Mr. Massimo Ozzola, as counsel to the Supreme Court.
She passed the lawyer’s qualifying examination in 2006 and immediately thereafter began her practice, specializing in the area of civil law.
To supplement her civil practice, Attorney Cascianelli attended the "Professional Ethics and Technique of the Criminal Lawyer" course in 2007 and 2008, organized by the Criminal Law Chamber of Pescara.
In November 2009, after working extensively with Attorney Alessio Spalma in the Court of Rome, Attorney Cascianelli decided to pursue a career in private practice.
Attorney Cascianelli accepted a position with the Capozzi Law Firm, where she focuses on civil matters. Attorney Cascianelli has expanded her practice to include family law and employment law, and is an expert in matters of hereditary succession and donations.
